We got in an accident and our Ford Explorer needed repairs and we and chose Suttle to do the body work needed. They were very helpful and prompt! We received a very nice rental car and the staff was always friendly, courteous, and professional! Everything looked great upon return! We would definitely do business with them again!

When debris hit our car on the interstate and left our holds, windshield, and wiper a mess we ran a search for approved collision shops and State Farm recommended Suttle. After the care and kindness we were shown here we know why they are so highly rated. We were kept informed of every step of the process and each person was helpful, polite, professional, and straightforward. We will definitely recommend to friends and family and even though we hope not to have a reason to use them - if we have a problem with a vehicle we will definitely bring it here.

This review is a little late, but when I had my vehicle repaired there (mostly repainting panels), the quality and speed of their work was poor. The second star is because the staff was always friendly or else I would have put one star. After dropping my vehicle off for repair and before everything was finally done.....they had to repaint my vehicle multiple times. The first time upon pickup, there were defects left in the paint and clearcoat, they stained my interior headliner with grease, passenger seat with dirt and debris, and the paint color was incorrect. After everything was finally complete, it took over a month to get my vehicle back correctly.

I am not satisfied with your repairing person whoever worked on it he or she didn’t do a good job it is all about money all you guys did just screw me over and collect the money from me and my insurance but at the End of the day the car was not fixed %100 the way it should be first thing when they bring me car I did inspection on it had an issue with side bumper then they said ok we will take it back and refix it for you I said ok then they toke my car for refexing when I take the car then it had an issue with collision lights that came on then I came back I said this issue wasn’t exist befor they said ok we will take it to technician but there excuse was we are sorry we missed it but know we fixed it but still it is not fixed I was in hurry cuz I was going overseas don’t had enough time to come back the 3rd time to discuss with you regarding about this issue but when I return back to the country I will bring it back Note Mr Doug Carter was a good person and did a great Job very respectful and professional also polite person but the repairing guys needs to be professional in order to provide a good service because this is a big company needs to be professional ! The second person the young lady at the front desk she was good helping a lot I forgot her name !

Two weeks ago my 82 year old mother and I went to Suttle Collision Auto Repair because they were going to look and repair her Toyota van. First of all, we were greeted with friendly people from the entry to the front desk. We didn’t know what we were doing and the front staff made us feel at ease. The staff were very patient and explained everything we needed to do with her insurance company. Nicole, who was the estimator, was very communicative and kept us posted on all of the steps. The repair was done on time or even earlier. A shout out goes to Danielle, Iyonna, Nyasia, and Ann!! Keep up the good work. We appreciate every one of you!
