First of all whenever you get your vehicle serviced you most likely will receive a t Ct asking you to review your service. But in fact everyone will NOT receive that link to review your services. So on to my review on Rich on the Silver Team is just awesome. He is very knowledgeable, respectful, courageous, knows his job ins and outs. From all of the vehicles I have owned from BMW to Mercedes, Toyotas, by far he has been the best at what he does. Thanks, keep on showing them how it is done. Mr Hawkins

I recently had the pleasure of working with the Silver Team at Suttle Cadillac's service department, led by Perry. They did an outstanding job getting my daughter's 2018 Cadillac CT6 worked into their busy schedule (towed in Sunday night no appointment) and fixed before she leaves for college. The professionalism and dedication of Perry and his team were evident throughout the entire process. They were efficient, communicative, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of in a timely manner. I couldn't be more grateful for their excellent service. Suttle also has great coupons for service. Highly recommend!

My car looked like a brand new car once repaired and ready for pick up. The only thing I was disappointed about was Suttle didn't wash and clean the car like most dealership do. I don't think I will be bringing my car back to them for repair.

*****updated from original review*******Hey,I dont write reviews just to do it, but this issue couldn't go unmentioned...... i can't believe after just about 2years of waiting for the lyriq lux2 I ordered it finally shows up on the weekend unfortunately the salesperson said he cant see how they can honor the price that was quoted at the time of order. Since it was over the weekend now I have to wait to speak to the sales manager that gave me the quote in the first place. Then he started to look for ways out of the quote even after I provided a copy of the gm workbook sheet. Like I was asking for something other than what the sales manager told me in the presents of multiple sales associates. I will go in tomorrow to see if we can make it right,but now I see why many people prefer to deal with tesla. There the price is the price! No surprises sales tactics etc. I can believe this is even an issue to think I was going to order an ev escalade also.......... not to mention the over 7k ive spent in the service department and body shop in the last couple years...and i thought i was a loyal customer.........update to follow...as I previously stated there was an update to follow an here it is. I did infact return to December 11th and spent quite some time with the general manager discussing my concerns and issues. I also took the time to listen to understand where the dealership was coming from. From that it was found there were in fact some misconceptions on my part and a few things that were out of everyone's control. I would like to commend the general manager in being totally transparent and willing to provide a thorough explanation of where the missteps were. As in any negotiation, there are two sides and you hope to meet a outcome beneficial to all parties involved. The sales team did infact make the necessary effort and I was willing to meet them in that effort. Long story long a deal was made, and they gained a customer for life. where you start may be rocky and seem like disarray. However, taking the time to communicate with each other can go along way. So I can truly say they made it right!!!! BZ to you sir! I fully recommend this establishment!

I hadn't been to this dealership in quite a long time and it has changed! Went with a friend to pick up their car from the collision center. Very nice, big, people were very helpful and courteous. They did an excellent job on the car and turnaround time was outstanding! In on Monday out on a Thursday. Awesome!
