Not a pleasant experience. They lost the notes on what I like done with my haircut. Technician's small hair trimmer scraped and scratched my neck to the point it is all red and burning. They knew something was wrong by the way I grimaced. They even check the trimmer on themselves multiple times and continued on after knowing something was wrong!

I've found the people cutting hair here have a lot of difficulty understanding instructions and thus screw up my haircut. They are generally annoyed with me when I try to communicate with them, so I'm going to try and find another place.

Me & My 2 kids came in for the first time today. We had an amazing experience! Our stylist was Kat, she went above and beyond and was awesome w/ the kids! Everyone there was super nice. Kat definitely made me feel like we just had a super high end salon experience but better!
Requested style: My son got a long buzz cut (idk the name) my daughter went from down past waist line to just below shoulder & I got from half down my back to shoulders w/ wash/ conditioning/ cut/ blowout!

The girl that cut my hair was a nice girl but not quite ready to cut hair. The girl next to her had to keep giving her instruction on how to do it and eventually had to come over and do part of my haircut.
$28.00 is a lot for a haircut when it's being done by a novice or student.
I think I'm going back to Great Clips next month.
