We waited in the store for 2 hrs. 1/2 hr of that was ‘on deck status’. Apparently the lady left and went to lunch as no one could find her. We left as we had a commitment elsewhere We will try again but with someone else. Not K.

Been coming here for a couple years pretty religiously. Always get the double mvp… always tip atleast 30%. Walked in today at like 6:40, the hours say open till 8 when you search it up. Barely got through the door, no welcome to sports clips no friendly greeting just a straight up “yeah we’re not taking anymore tonight” pretty rude. I’ll still get my haircut tonight… from somewhere else.. all my other haircuts too.

Time listing is incorrect. Was there before 7 and they indicated they were closed already and not taking more customers, time was listed as closing at 8pm.
Update: I went back the next day. It was a good haircut, but double the cost of a normal haircut somewhere else.
I indicated I only want a basic hair cut nothing else and told the stylist no products only water because I have serious skin allergies and at the end she still used some kind of oil in my heair that irritated my scalp.
38$ for just a basic cut at the time of this writing.

The barbers here genuinely cannot cut hair, $28 dollars for a medium fade and I left with a terrible high & tight. The staff seem disinterested and lack proper hygiene practices. My barber brushed off the previous patrons hair from the seat just before I sat down for mine after she brought me over, which brings into question if they actually clean their equipment between clients. I've never felt concerned for my own health after a haircut until today.

Nice enough staff. Find a person that does a good job on your cut and stick with that stylist. I know they save your preferences but it's never the same when someone else does it. While it's never the same, I haven't walked out of there disappointed.

Provided a terrible service the lady that looks Asian she doesn’t know how to do hair cut I tired to explain her that I need a line for my Hair cut she started Yelling at me and keep saying I did and I did I explained her no You didn’t but she didn’t want it to do the way that I wanted however when I was making payment then she tired to force me to tip her $9 dollar I told her you didn’t even deserve a cents I cannot pay you tip then she keeps telling me don’t ever come to here for Hair cut I told her no worries this is my Last time to be here I will never ever return back to your Facility for hair cut !

Overpriced for the experience. Wouldn't recommend considering g the massage and hot towel treatment aren't worth the additional cost. Staff was welcoming and friendly, and the store was clean.

Lauren did an excellent job on my haircut! She listened carefully to my wants and needs and kept checking in along the way to make sure everything was to my liking. She also made it very easy to relax and have nice conversation for someone (me) who gets very nervous in public places/settings. All around it was a great experience and I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a great haircut and even better atmosphere!

Patty is great she takes her time and is constantly seeking input from the customer about what is desired. Online check in makes the visit so much better as well!
