Be careful that you forget to bring your clothes for the next day because they do not deliver them

We went to wash with my children and there was a lady who was so hateful that she wanted to see my children sitting and she didn't want to see them standing and while I was there she kept bothering me by telling me to keep them sitting because they couldn't stand.

And to wash a few of my outdoor cushions. I asked the attendant how much the large washers were. She was very rude to me. She said they were seven and were 11$. I asked her if there was soap to purchase. And she pointed at the machine. She was so rude then in order to use my debit card I had a showing ID so I showed it to her and she was acting like she can see it so I brought her closer to her and she said you don’t have to put that right in my face and I responded back it’s not right in your face and you don’t have to be so rude. She said I’m not rude. I said oh yes you are. I don’t know where that nice lady that used to work here but she was really nice and you’re not her. She said well I am the manager. try to buy soap and couldn’t figure it out so I just took my stuff and left. I will never go back there again really horrible customer service I was saying customer service for 40 years and I never treated customers like that.

Amazing XXL dryers less than $1. Washers are like $3.50 standard size. Overall clean place. They use cards.

Clean, well maintained facility and machines. Rude staff. Was about to use a dryer when the staff member came over and informed me "you shouldn't use that machine we've been having a lot of problems with it lately ". I said thanks and went to the other side. Six minutes later the same staff takes another lady to the exact same dryer I was told not to use and says "saved you the hottest one , it dries in half the time".

First time here was really stressful.I recently moved to Virginia and one of the last things to do before moving was to update my name with my bank. Unfortunately I ran out of time to do that. I'm recently married so my ID did not match the debit card I was trying to use. The woman working flat out refused to let me use my card because my last name was different... I didn't have "See ID" written on the card nor did I see her check anyone else's ID. She also refused to let me use the laundry card I already had money loaded onto from when my partner did laundry. It was really embarrassing, the way she made it look like I was using someone else's cards. I had to drive back home and wait for my spouse to get home.I still rack my brain trying to figure out why I was the only person whose ID she checked. All I'm going to say is that if you're younger and you looked different I would be careful doing your laundry here. She might just accuse you of something.

It's easy to get in and out fast, except for Sundays. It's busier than usual on Aundays because less people have work then, but otherwise a good Saturday can clear your to-do list.
