“Consistently misdelivering packages and nobody seems to care about anything, bet if they were the ones not getting packages they would be pretty mad.
EDIT: they took care of the issue after I was able to contact them on social medias, which is actually better than calling over the phone, thank you for solving this problem.”

“I am not one to leave reviews but I have to. Kim is absolutely fantastic and thorough. The address on my package was all sorts of messed up (issue from Nike) so it was shipped to a very different location than my house. Kim made sure I was notified of the issue and was able to get my package from the address it was shipped to. She even inspected my shoes to make sure they were still in great condition. She went above and beyond to get my package back on track. Her sense of humor and readiness to help has turned this inconvenience from annoying to restoring my faith there are good hearted people out there still. Thanks so much Kim!”
