Unfortunately didn't have what I needed. Selection is smaller compared to a larger store. I was looking for spray paint and this store only had primary colors.

I hate to leave two stars for Sherwin-Williams because it has always been such a great resource for me in the past, but this interaction truly baffled me. Typically when I get paint, I'm asked about the particulars of the job and there is a back and forth to narrow down options, so when I walked in I told the associate, Krystal (according to the receipt), that I had an exterior wooden door that I didn't want to scrape very much-- then was cut off and curtly reprimanded for scraping and not sanding. I didn't even get to finish my sentence and explain that this job is low priority, I just need something that covers well until the door could be replaced or when I have time to do a careful job on it. She goes "what is it??" And I said it's a door, not knowing what she wanted clarified, and she very snarkily goes "I know it's a door." She seemed completely annoyed that I was there and immediately looks at a selection of paint and asks if I want it to be shiny, I say well, kinda, not super shiny and she jumps all over me for that as well. Like what on Earth? She shows me a display and I say sure, satin, whatever. Then paid for whatever she picked out and got out of there. No specific color or finish comparisons, nor did we compare for price, size, line, latex vs acrylic etc. I just wanted to go and didn't want to ask any more questions. We all have bad days but this was an unacceptable way to help a customer. I can't imagine having to deal with her regarding a large or complex job where details mattered.At least it is good paint and it was 40% off!

The staff at my local Sherwin-Williams store are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Sherwin-Williams' products may cost more than big box store products, but I much prefer the convenience and professionalism at my local Sherwin-Williams store.

Excellent service and the color matching was exact. I couldn't tell the difference when I got it home with what I already had painted. You definitely get more than what you paid for and it's worth spending the extra money on a quality product. The super-paint went on very easily and looks fantastic in the room. The gentleman who helped me was kind, courteous and knowledgeable about the product. He was quickly able to match the paint and get everything mixed and ready while I was able to grab the tools I needed right there in the store. I will be returning when I get ready for more painting projects. Thank you so much!

I had a problem with a deck stain. The store manager was less than helpful so I called the regional manager who was OUTSTANDING!She provided me replacement products as well as extra product to help do the job.I will update my review when the new product has been applied and lived in for a bit.

I think clerk was new. He needed help from another clerk and overcharged us. I caught in my car and had to go back in to get it corrected.

I needed to paint a small damaged area of the ceiling and I took a sample drywall with me to this store for color matching. I have done this before here and the previous staff did a really good job matching similar paint and there was a record what paint I bought last time for this. Now they seem to have completely different staff. This time I waited for almost an hour while some really young workers tried to find a match, and then they told me that they did their best and the best they could offer me is paint that I only can buy in one gallon instead of a pint that I needed. I brought it home and tried it, and it is not even close, it is clearly darker color. So I ended up with a gallon of paint that I do not need. If you need to buy paint you would be better off going to another store.
