“One improvement needed- - Would be helpful if they paved the access road. It's in really rough shape.
Excellent facility with easy access to nearby roads. With online access, there's minimal contact with customer service representatives but when you need to talk to someone, they're available during normal business hours.
Access codes and gates allow for quick access during longer hours than the office and gates provide security. Highly recommend.”

“The building is clean, and provides a restroom in the office. The management is very thorough when checking all units are properly locked every day. They make friendly courtesy calls when I have been a day or two past my payment date.”

There was a little welcome tag on the storage unit, the lock was inside just as they stated. The monthly rate plus insurance is also very inexpensive. The unit was clean. I’m completely satisfied.”

“We used Regency for a complicated move in August 2021. We needed packing and moves to two different locations - a storage unit and an apartment. They showed up on time all three days, took good care of all of our belongings and worked efficiently. We will be using them for the final move in a few weeks. They will gather belongings from two storage units and the apartment and move them all into a single family home. We really appreciated the flexibility and professionalism from Regency and would 100% recommend them.”
