I Came in with my daughter and my son to restock our pantry for the week, And we got everything we needed and we were ready to pay until this rude cashier (black women around the age of 35-40, shes 5’6 ish maybe ), getting caught staring at my kids while she’s scanning the items. But that should've been the red flag ? But i just shook it off, she started to tell me my total and asked me to sign for the receipt. And i asked my daughter to hand me the pen to sign it off. My daughter grabbed the pen to give it to me after, i was done bagging all the groceries, As soon as i turn around she SLAPPED my daughter’s hand. After, she said your father needs to sign in a mad tone, reminder my daughter is 7 years old. That’s absolutely unbelievable and unprofessional. Assault??? We should've reported this incident immediately to management. But we didn't want to cause a big scene because, of the large line behind us with only 2 lines open, understaffed too? Cant get any worse, we are definitely canceling our membership and switching to Costco. Rude and unprofessional people should not be working in stores with kids around end of story. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable behavior! ????

The cob itself is fine. However the food court is ridiculous. Whether there is 2 or 7 people working you would think they were cooking everything when you ordered it. I stood in line with 3 people in front of me for 20 minutes! And it’s like that every time I go. Do better Sam’s Club

Nice workers, fast checkout despite only having one lane open. Very clean store with organised shelves and clear prices. I think they might be understaffed, but nobody was snappy despite that.

I came here to review the fact that we waited an hour to get an online pickup and then when we finally did get out order, it wasn’t all there. Then we tried to call but no one answered. This is beyond unacceptable. I see other people complaining inhabit the same thing. Your response is that it will be fixed and the issue will be addressed and yet here we are. Perhaps you should not offer this service if you are short staffed because it defeats the very purpose of why people choose online ordering.

This club’s curbside AND management is terrible! HOUR waits to pick up an order that is “ready” is RIDICULOUS! If your club can not handle the incoming online orders then shut down the allotted amount. Stop wasting people’s time!As for the managers, they never answer the phone (even when you request a Manager); they send a poor Supervisor who struggles to articulate the lack of leadership in that building. Great customer service! It’s no wonder your employees give such terrible customer service.

I went into Sam’s tonight around 6:30pm to get gas and then I went inside to grab a rotisserie chicken and some bagged salad. My rotisserie chicken was raw and I couldn’t even eat it. The outside of the chicken looked like it was completely cooked but once I cut into it, I could see all the pink. I couldn’t call the store and report it bc I got home after the store closed. That is unacceptable and the employee who make the chicken should verify that it is cooked all the way through before they tag and serve it. I will be calling the store in the morning to report it and I wish I saved all the chicken but I was so angry I threw it in the trash. Check your chicken BEFORE you buy a raw one like me.

went to sam's club to get a membership...went at 10:30 AM on a Friday......lady at door said the counter was closed and wouldnt let me in....although I see 2 people in line and 3 people behind the counter at registers....i left...then gigured would call to see when I could come in....let phone ring for 4 minutes 2 times...no one answers...went to website to put in question...waste of time....website requires password. try and call and speak to someone...forget it...customer service is a thing of the past.
