So I was there this morning, there were 2 black guys in front of me as I was coming in, the girl at the door, didn't even ask them for the card, but as soon as she saw me, she stepped in front of me and said, I need to see your card/membership, and I thought it was funny, and because I wasn't black she had to ask me for the membership! Another thing that piss me off is when I try to order something online and it says out of stock, and I go to the store the same day and they got tons of what I was trying to order!

The space is good, there is a good selection of food, clothing, electronics, and seasonal items. The only thing that needs improvement is there is not much space where the registers funnel out, the exit using scan & go and the snack bar which makes it hard to exit some times

Sams club customer service person did. Ot have any knowledge of what an llc was for the business credit card application....bad business..he didn't know why there was no option for llc....wow

Worst customer service ever. Placed an order for delivery received 2 of 13 items. Called customer service who put me on hold for over 17 minutes never once picking up to tell me anything. Called back and the phone rang for 10 minutes again never picked up the phone. This is why I stopped going to Walmart to begin with. Why I got talked into believing that Sam’s would be different. I will stick with Costco and food Lion. At least there when I call or need information there is always someone that will answer. I will pay extra for customer service.
Be smart go elsewhere!!!!!

Good luck getting any customer service here! Once you wait in the loooong return line, they won't be able to help you. Never enough registers open. Pretty pathetic and sad from what Sams used to be.

Flat of all the door greeter coming in should be at the door not meet me half way at Customer Service desk. Why do I have to go hunt down a manager to get another register opened at customer service because it’s a line with only one person working? Why do y’all have Kimberly, I’m the picture, if she lack customer service, and looking up receipt for my purchase on my card. What’s the purpose of membership at Sam’s if receipts can’t be looked up like Kimberly originally said? Thank you for the cash, instead of putting my EBT purchase back on my card Kimberly.

So ordering from these knuckleheads is a roll of the dice. Maybe your stuff shows up, maybe not. Maybe the delivery person will be on facetime when they pull up or just on the phone. When you ask for the receipt, you will elicit a look of bewilderment and get no receipt, or further response. 2 of the items in the order were correct and curiously placed on top. As I was putting it away it became apparent things were amiss. I called the club and they are not responsible for orders delivered. That is subbed out to a 3rd party vendor. The club was happy to give me their number. I was inscenced. Then I spent the next 30 minutes on the phone attempting to get my order or my money. The call center did not sound like it was stateside....surprise. This is the first and last time we will order from these imbeciles and we might cancel our membership. There are plenty of other clubs that sell the same stuff.

Best pharmacy I have ever dealt with anywhere. Fewest mistakes and they usually greet me by name. Other than that it's like any other Sam's club.

This morning was shopping inside the store and an announcement comes on which I’m guessing is the manager talking over the intercom belittling employees discussing writing them up over the whole building to hear is absolutely disgusting behavior. Whoever that manager is needs to be reprimanded and I will be talking to corporate because that is not it.. I really feel bad for the employees who have to work under him. That is something you do on a different term not over the whole intercom inside of Sam’s Club so all the customers can hear it.
