Hands down the best experience. I have been wearing glasses for over 40 years and this was the first time ever that someone did not pressure me to buy something I didn’t really want. The measurements were spot on. I will recommend all my friends to come here. Excellent customer service and taking the time to get it right the first time.

I love Sam’s Club Scan and Go or the Club Pick Up option, but I feel that I need to alert you all not to buy the milk at Sam’s. Every time we buy the milk at SC it’s well within the expiration date, but it’s rotten. Bought it a couple of days ago, and just opened the new gallon and as my husband said, “it tastes like the cow ate rotten shrimp.”
The expiration date is for August. This happens EVERY TIME!

Had no string cheese and the handicap toilet was overflowing so water was in the floor. But overall clean and pleasant staff.

Ca you say BEYOND FRUSTRATED!! I have been trying for 3 days to get in touch with the bakery dept. I even call the front desk and they said that they would page them and that they still would not answer. I just stayed on the phone for almost 10 minutes trying yo get through to SOMEBODY!!!

I am a 23 years membership, I have been given a ticket for handicapped parking which is not mark or no other sign that it was not fair I have park there for so many years and now your Assistant Manager she’s very very rude to me and showed her the parking and said to me that is my fault that I got caught,, she didn’t to treat me like that and I will make Sam’s Club to pay me 150 dollars. that I have paid for and I will help the others for them not to get a ticket.. Till you all do something about it. Manager you all have no right to look down on people or member like me.

I purchased a pair of glasses from this Family Vision store. They are the least expensive glasses I've purchased and also the best. The staff is very pleasant and most helpful. I highly recommend this store!
