Dont come here. I was told me name tapes would take 4 weeks and here we no results. This business was good back in the day. You are better off with amazon. I give this business 2 thumbs down.

All route very helpful. They seem to be able to help people in an orderly fashion, very conscientious of their job. The fact that they're working with handguns and rifles, personable funny and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to my friends

extremely nice, helpful, and patient. ordered a few guns on my deployment extpecting to be home on a certain date to pick the guns up. we got extended and QMPS was very understanding and willing to wait for me to come back even though it’s definitely inconvenient

This place is great. Recently bought an m18 there. All the staff are friendly and it's always a positive experience. They have a nice selection of different brands like Glock, Sig, SmithW, Ruger, etc and are very knowledgeable.

I had few minor issues the night before so I went back this morning and the store owner himself came in and helped me out and solved all of my problems, with his 20 years of military experience and many years of civilian firearms training he had me out of there within 30 mins after he pulled up. Very cool, calm and collected man and his staff are the same; very professional and business mined. And when it was all said done for my issues he gave me a tube of shooters choice gun grease and 12 rounds of ammunition for my extended magazine for my inconvenience. 10/10 will revisit and recommend!

If I could give zero stars I would. The store closes prior to posted hours. I bought boots ($157) at the location and asked the return policy prior to purchase. Employee told me boot camp be returned as long as they had not been used. I returned the next day to employees closing store prior to posted hours. I came back two days later to employee saying they could not take return and could only do a in store exchange. The boots had not been used or even removed from the box. They simply were a size to big and I had found boots my size at another store.The employee is the store owner’s daughter and she said her parents are out of town and she was not able to contact them. After rudely staring me down for several minutes. She decided to do the return and she did not need to contact anyone. In law enforcement your integrity is everything. This store and there employees are disrespectful and clearly have no problem lying to the customers. I will never return to this location and I don’t recommend doing business here. I have bought boots from this location faithfully every 6 months since 2015. I have never been treated like this by them but apparently with the younger generation running the business truthful, polite and respectful business practices are a thing of the past.

Good customer service and very professional. High knowledge of multiple platforms of firearms. Never had an issue with this shop and if you vote Democrat you probably don’t need to be going here trying to purchase a firearm.
