I was going to let this company ride for the shitty experience I had simply because Rudolph took almost 100 off of my ticket for being an ass. Since I have yet to hear from them regarding a pillar of my door that was cracked by the company let's get to it. I searched for a shop that could fit the convenience of my budget and time frame that I could spare to have my car door replaced. I was originally charged 1100 then 1300 due to the fist door selling out from what I was told. Rudolph told me CLEAR AS DAY that my car would be ready in 1-2 days. I dropped my car off Thursday Nov 2, 2023. On Saturday Nov 4 I called for an update because I needed to get to my mom that has cancer and immediately felt like I was irritating him due to his tone, he then told me my car would be ready by Tuesday Nov 7. On Tuesday I received a text saying that he'd keep me posted. Between none of these dates did he explain WHY things were running behind. So that same Tuesday a coworker and I went to his shop to physically put eyes on my car. When we got there Rudolph was clearly agitated, told us the painter had a stroke and recovered a day later . He told us we could look at my car while he stayed in his office. My car had a WHOLE HEADLIGHT on the backseat sitting on the black pillar to my car that is now cracked, the door was on but still needed to be sanded and painted. I then went back to Rudolph and asked how much longer it would be and he said no later than tomorrow. Now we're at the infamous Wednesday I waited until 1:40 pm to text Rudolph asking if I could pick my car up. He ignored my text, so I got an Uber and went to the shop. Rudolph was in his office eating chicken I walked in and asked why I was being ignored, he proceeded to walk past me saying "I'm sick of y'all and this little ass car" we then had a back and forth and I waited on the painter to arrive to unwrap my car. The painter and other mechanic were kind and helpful in diffusing the situation. Rudolph did apologize and took almost 100 from my ticket but still had an attitude because the painter washed my car. I really hate how they played with my hard earned money the body of the door looks great but the damage around my window is unacceptable and was NOT there before this service. The establishment is unprofessional as hell. I had a prior issue fixed by Caliber Collision they were great I really wish I went back to them and spent the extra cash.

These folks are LIFESAVERS! I was on a road trip back from the Outer Banks and my car broke down (on a Saturday at 6:30pm, when all the shops are closed for the wknd). Google incorrectly had Pure Platinum's hours listed as open on Sunday, so I got my car towed to their auto body shop and left it overnight. On Sunday morning, Rudy was at the shop and was confused why my mom was hovering around his gate (since are no longer open on Sundays). Although they were closed, he opened for my mom and fixed our car for us first thing Sunday morning so that we were able to drive home. He charged us a beyond fair price and was the nicest guy ever. VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY!! LIFESAVERS!!!
