My wife and I just recently purchased a 2024 Nissan Rogue SL with Premier Package from Classic Nissan. This was our first time at this dealership. We were assisted by Sales Associate Alicia Rodrigues. She was polite and very helpful in helping us. Besides answering all our questions, she took the time to walk us around and introduce us to several staff members, showed us the service area, and what the customer waiting area had to offer. At the end of the day, we felt right at home and were able to have a great experience with our vehicle purchase. The Rogue we purchased was for my wife as I already have a 2018 Nissan Frontier. Although we live closer to another Nissan Dealership located in Hampton, we decided to try Classic Nissan. Even though it's about three times the distance away from our home, it was a choice we are very satisfied we made. Also, I want to give a big thank you to Sales Manager, Bill Price, and also Sales & Leasing Consultant, D'shawn Creque, who both helped us also very much and made us feel right at home. Very timely and efficient service. As usual, Kadijahdra was excellent at her job and helped the process move along smoothly. She was also great last week in seeing to it that there was no additional issue with my battery. All systems go!!

The staff at Classic Nissan NN is so impressive. The Service Advisor Kadijahdra Sanford greeted me and immediately began checking me in. She is very efficient, notifying me as things progressed with my car. I would also like to thank the technician Santos Bonilla for his attention to detail. Excellent work, excellent service! Review edit: Although my original experience still stands. I did get resolution from the General Manager Buck Murray who communicated with me personally. He made a sincere effort to fix what he could and apologized on behalf of his team. Hopefully under his leadership- the service side of this business will improve. I never received any sort of apology from any of the other team members but so be it. Hopefully no one else has a terrible experience.
I took my car in for repairs. 1. I have close friends who work at Hall Nissan and was told I was overcharged for what they did. Only reason why I went to Classic instead of Hall was because of location convenience. And in reading alot reviews about Classic, this isn’t abnormal. But this isn’t even the biggest problem. 2. They refuse to take accountability for their mistakes and have been avoiding me ever since!
Classic had my car for about 2-3 weeks back in April. My AC was working when I dropped my car off and when I got it back- it wasn’t working anymore. I brought my car back to them a couple days later and simply asked for them to double check their work to ensure they didn’t make a mistake. BEN OSBORNE was extremely rude to me and refused to look at my car without charging a WHOLE diagnostic fee! I already knew what was wrong and just wanted them to just make sure they didn’t make a mistake. He continued to refuse without making me pay them more money when I just gave them $6,000 a few days prior so I literally had nothing left to give.
After several weeks when we were able to get our finances in order again, we took my car to an independent shop (because I refuse to let Classic touch my car again) and they told me that I had a hole in my condenser where the coolant leaked out. They confirmed that there is no way this could have just happened and with my AC working when I took my car in and not when I got it back- it is VERY LIKELY they created the hole themselves. And they only used the term VERY LIKELY, because they aren’t going to guarantee anything they don’t know or experience which I respect.
