The communication and service is awful. We have taken our car here numerous times for the same issue and each time they don’t answer the phone, resulting in us going to the dealership. Then come to find out they haven’t even looked at the car after a week of having it. I would not recommend taking your car here for services if you need it done correctly and in a timely manner.

Edit as of 7/24- an attorney has been contacted and a suit will be filed regarding this issue. Maybe that will get an Answer? Nobody answers the phone. Ever. My vehicle has been there almost 2 months and nothing has been done with it and I can’t get a timeline or answer. They submitted my claim wrong multiple times. I’m sorry if you’re short staffed but there needs to be some communication so customers can decide to take their vehicle elsewhere.

Our salesman, Jalen did a great job. He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable about the Grand Cherokee we bought. It was a pleasure working with him. Russ in the finance office was also very personable and got us on our way in short order. It was a real pleasure working with them and I will strongly recommend them to anyone.

This dealership used to be wonderful to deal with back when it was Pomoco. Since then it has changed ownership twice and the experience has gone downhill each time. Now that it is Southern when I recently called to schedule service on my truck it placed me on hold to wait for the next available representative then after a few minutes a recorded voice said: "Sorry nobody is available to take your call" and it hung up on me. So I called back and was going to leave them a voicemail so I pressed star to leave a voicemail but it didn't let me leave a voicemail I got the same message: "Sorry nobody is available to take your call" and it hung up on me again. I have been dealing with this place for years but I guess since they have nobody available to take my call to schedule service I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Do not take your car there for service! They been holding up my car for 2 weeks now and do not answer phone calls. They keep saying they will get back to me but never do, service department never answers your calls. BE AWARE!
