Once you have a relationship with a great jewelry associate you would prefer to go wherever they are. I love Kat and Jevon so much that I had to drive all the way to Patrick Henry Mall just so I could make my purchase from their store. Jevon helped me pick out a couple of gifts for Christmas but made sure that I was getting the best bargain possible and taking advantage of that no interest for 6 months on a purchase over $300. Just think of how much money I saved! I love it! You guys are the best!

Had my ears pierced. When I got home I noticed that I had been charged 20.00 for ear care solution. Most offer it free but not in this case. The young lady didn't even say we suggest you purchase the ear care solution etc.... Give me the option to purchase or not. Don't just charge my card and I find out when I get home and look at my receipt. Not only that but while checking out I noticed she had snuck in a 2 year extended warranty charge which I didn't ask for and didn't want. I used the promo of getting a pair of earrings for 50% off went along with my ear piercing. Take the time and review your receipt before you leave. Don't end up with a expensive surprise like I did.

Prices have gone up significantly!! I purchased a set similar to this two years ago and paid $30 quality still the same….sub par as this is what I call “starter jewelry” Yikes!! ☹️?I will shop elsewhere.
