Be aware of these employees as they drive. Was cut off and flipped off by an employee on the interstate while he was hauling a mail truck in the rain. Serious potential for an accident!

They broke into our truck and in stead of towing they drove it without authorization. We are going against this company if anyone would like to join please comment. I see many bad reviews and I didn't get any help from anyone even if they did such a horrible act and they state that they do this with all their cars. Please watch for such scammers.

I lease a parking spot on a private lot at the shipyard and reached out to have a vehicle removed that was illegally parked. The company was MIA after trying to call for help. Would definitely consider other options because they are impossible to reach for help.

Poor customer service. Horrible explanation of services. Terrible misrepresentation of contractual agreements and lack of proof. Signs are vague. True scam artist. I highly do not recommend. Find another parts place. Very Inadequate employees.

Called 6 other tow companies to tow my camper home after my truck broke down. They were very polite and very helpful. The driver was very helpful. He even backed it into my driveway. I will use their company again!! Thank you.

You really need to be careful when you come here or should I say, who you deal with. Gave them a call to get a heads start on a used jack for my 2000 Ford Focus. Told them Ill be there in about an hour. I arrived, talked to the older gentleman who you see as soon as you come in the door. Hoping the part would be ready but it was not. He told me it would be about 20 to 30 minutes before someone could get to it so I had to change my plans really quick. He told me they don't pull parts prior to arriving but on a first come first serve basis. I get it but that would have been nice to know on the phone Prices of parts are inconsistent depending on who you talk to. The younger gentleman tends to go cheaper on prices compared to the older gentleman. Paid $35 for the jack but the younger gentleman would have given it to me for about $25. They don't wear mask but don't discriminate against those who do. Dogs and kids are running around all the time. I think one lady and here kids spend a lot of time there. I recommend waiting in your car, don't wanna get bit by a dog or catch coronavirus. Use cash if you can, they charge a tax for credit. The place is not bad but just know what you're looking for and whats the price prior to arriving. Happy Yelping!
