Been coming here for years!!!! Just in the passed 3 months I spent well over 2,000 just in lizard cages and dog food etc. The cashier was super helper. She gets 5 stars. But the manger was honestly completely rude and made are return situation harder then it needed to be. The cashier was a super sweet lady fr. But I don't have time for Karen's. Especially when we spend the kind of money we do

I set up an appointment to get my puppy vaccinated and the person doing the vaccination declined do to the size of my puppy. This is unacceptable and inconsiderate that this company offers vaccines but since your group laziness would rather risk the health of my puppy than to preform her job. It’s not the size of the animal but the age. There are several small breeds and if she can’t do the math she should go back to school for up training. I will never go back to Petco vaccine clinic. Once I called my vet and told the office about this experience they were able to fit me in.

This is the pet store my family always goes to. Staff is super helpful and nice. Pet food selection is good and varied.

They wouldn't let me use my rewards that they sent the email saying I have said.I need to use the app before.I got in the store took use.The rewards that were sent to me very poor.

This is the second time I purchased fish from this establishment and they had ich. Two different species in two different quarantine tanks. Water quality is perfect. The Sales Associates are very kind and helpful, thus why I’m giving more stars.

The man that works there told me everything I needed to know about my fish. He's a tall black guy with a low haircut. Wish I knew his name for this review bc he went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed (plus knowledge) before I left

Rodney was very helpful and kind. He stopped what he was doing to make sure we were okay and when we informed him of what we needed, he took us right to the merchandise. He also helped carry it out. We remember his name and this location because of his kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help.
