One Life Tech Center is the best! The building is always clean, the staff is always friendly, and the machines are well maintained. I always feel safe and never feel uncomfortable / unwelcome in any areas of the gym!

This was never my intention to write on here but I must say... I am impressed. At the beginning of this all, I was upset and ready to cancel my membership due to an issue no one was able to assist me with. Until, a gentleman named Dino came along and assisted me. He answered every question and even guaranteed me the initial issue would be resolved. Without him, I would have walked and never turned back. Not only was he polite but was also very knowledgeable in everything that goes on. Hats off Dino if you ever see this. Cheers!

Great gym, clean, plenty of machines, well kept, pool and hot tub are ideal. Lots of natural light coming in through large windows all around, which is a pretty big deal in my opinion.

I love the girls at the kids club my baby has been coming since she was 8 months old she is almost 3 years and i cant believe how happy she is when she sees them and they way they love on her, i am so grateful for them!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I returned after a 4 year break due to health issues. I was extremely impressed by the improvements. The staff has changed a bit but the service is still amazing. I saw a facebook post by Kevin (360 classes) That drew me back. Thank you Kevin, for your consistancy in sharing. Since I was not physically able to go to the gym, I would try to immitate several of his posts at home. Kevin's most recent post inspired me to return. This is by far a great gym!
