“I can't tell yall how kind these folks are. I took my car in this morning because I had a puddle of water in my back seat from the rain storm. I knew it would be either because of my sunroof being clogged or possibly due to a leak in my roof rack rails. They got me in and out asap. And as a single woman showing up to a mechanic shop, I always have worries that I'm being taken advantage of. These guys were amazing and they even answered a bunch of questions I had about my dad's van that also has some issues. “I live in Richmond and was driving to Norfolk to take my three year old son to his first hockey game. We had big plans to explore Hampton Roads, but I blew out my tire (THIRD time THIS YEAR) right outside of Newport News. After putting the donut on my car, I called these guys hoping they would be able to squeeze me in last minute. They were able to accommodate and see me immediately after I arrives. I’m giving a massive shout out to Chaimone who was working the front desk and was super communicative and accommodating the whole time, even going above and beyond by driving and picking up the right size tire when they realized they didn’t have one (I didn’t realize my front and back tires were different sizes).
While we had to put off our big plans of exploring, we were still able to make it to the hockey game on time and had a great time. Our day could have easily been a bust, but because of the work from Tire Choice, and especially Chaimone, we had a wonderful and memorable day”

“First, the building is immaculate. Very well organized, tastefully decorated, and clean facility. The waiting room was a very comfortable place to be. The shop is also very clean and organized, indicative of a good organization. The work they did on my Toyota Tundra was great too and done ahead of schedule.
