One of the best Credit Unions I’ve been too. Everyone is so nice and the service is amazing. They have some of the best rates. I wish there were more locations.

Love the staff at the credit union. What's beginning to disappoint me is the number of times the online banking site has gone down. I know it's not the staff's fault,but maybe it's time to get a new online company.

I liked the bank because it felt small and at home however it's very inconvenient the online account summary is not very accurate, the machine broke for debit card replacement, I had fraud on my account and needed a new card I asked for an estimated date for replacement and was told there wasn't one not only will I not have a card by Friday I go on vacation next Friday and how inconvenient and inconsiderate can a bank be when they know how important debit cards are! The credit union is supposed to be for city employees but the bank is only open when we have to be at work! I'll be switching banks soon...
