LAZY!!! my apartment complex and myself have called multiple times about the stray cats and animal control refuses to come trap them.

Adopted my dog from here 6 years ago. It was such a life changing choice. Our Dexter is now apart of our family. Today we visited to drop off 26 dog toys.
