Deplorable customer service. Save yourself the frustration and find a different branch or call the 24hr support line for assistance. Letting a customer leave without attempting to resolve an error, on Navy federal's part, is completely unacceptable.

Absolutely terrible customer service . The "manager" Mo (female) could use a few classes on how to talk to people. If your looking to be talked to ? like a dog this is the place for you

The customer service is lacking. If your looking to be treated like crap on a shoe this is your bank . The manager (Mo) female needs to go back to customer relations school and learn how to talk to people . My husband has been a customer for over 30 years and the way we were treated today is totally inappropriate.

I had an opportunity to visit Navy Federal Credit Union this past Thursday at about 2:30 PM. The two tellers who I worked with were fantastic, extremely friendly and professional, even though I was not a customer of theirs. There was no waiting in line to see a teller which was a plus! I was there only to cash a check that was drawn on Navy Federal Credit Union. I am tempted to join them, however, they do not have a local branch here in Smithfield, VA. If they did I would definitely join!

Most of the time I have a good experience when depositing cash. Three times lately they have miscounted large amounts of money. The first time they said I was $1,000 short from when I told them I was depositing. Told them to give me my money back. Went out to the car and counted it. Went back in and talked to a different person which used the machines in front of me and all the money was there. Second time they took my money to the back room and they came back and said I was close to $1,000 short from what I said. 24 hours later they gave me a call, said they found my money in the back room. This time they said I was several hundred dollars short after they came out of the back room. Never once in my lifetime of going to navy federal here have they ever came up with the wrong number when the money is counted in front of me. Every single time they say they're going to take the money to the back room money comes up missing. Every single time.. there's two machines they use right at the counter. It seems to be the same person that wants to take the money to the back. Be vigilant and careful at this location. Something's going on.

Navy federal is horrible I have been sending documents to the security team since April with absolutely no assistance or response regarding my account which has been locked now for well over a year this bank is absolutely not concerned with assisting what so ever !!!!!!! Go to USAA where you are treated correctly
