I been coming to navy federal for a while but today, I came in and the teller refused to deposit partially of my check to get rest back the teller told me to go to another place like check cash place to cash your check so unprofessional. FYI if you want to deposit money but want cash back just bring cash so you won't get rejected as I did. Now I need to go to another place to do what I was trying to do at navy federal..

Sinnia was great of assistance she helped with all my million questions to help me get to the outcome I needed as far as applying for auto loan and transferring titles preapproval. Even the fact that their call center is 24 hours and I would be able to do an application on a Sunday, which is the only day I have available, considering it takes one to two days for approval and I need it to be approved by Tuesday. Definitely recommend this branch very professional and efficient.

Love navy Federal 1st. This Navy Federal is slow as I don't know what. Nobody in line I still wait like 15 mins. There was two tellers. The other teller qith no customers told me the other lady going 2 get u. Okay u didn't have 2 say that cause I could tell u won't going 2 help as long as I been standing here. I usually go to the Hampton branch. Which is a lot faster and friendly. Wouldn't recommend if u was in a rush. Even if it look almost empty. U going 2 be waiting a while. (This was mainly about the fastness and customer service. But great bank 5 stars)

Mina refused to notarize my document even though I met all the requirements. I am also a Virginia Notary and I know and showed him the instructions but he still refused. I asked for his manager Gina to please handle the situation and explained to her the States requirements showing her the instruction and while I did not appreciate her attitude with me regarding the matter Katherine another employee stepped up and helped me get the document notarized so my Mother In Law can recieve Medical care. Mina Z Ibrahim you sir can sit down and rotate.

We have recently moved to area and have used this location 5 or 6 times in the last month, morning hours. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and we are in and out in 5 minutes or less. We have also used the Atm numerous times with never more than 1 person in line. Really like this location!
