I am shocked at what great service this location has given me!!! I had a very frustrating issue with the mortgage company who mixed up homeowners' payment. Robyn assisted me with the issue to get it resolved and updated me daily for almost 2 weeks getting it all sorted and making sure I received an update. She reached out to the Mortgage company, which I feel most insurance companies would just throw that on the client. I appreciated that she didn't just give me a generic response while working through this issue. Getting personal service like this is so rare these days. I really appreciate Robyn and all her assistance and time she took with me.

Robyn fought long and hard for us when our current home owner policy was suddenly cancelled after 20 years on our 100 year old house. They took simultaneous multiple tacks looking for alternate insurers while fighting to get a human on the phone at the original insurer to discuss the cancellation. End result we are covered (again). Thanks

I have never had a good experience with insurance companies in my life until I was referred to the Villanueva company back in 2015. Unfortunately I have had some bad luck with car accidents more than the average person. These wonderful ladies really care about their clients. If they say they are going to do something, they do it. The follow through is extremely impressive. It is hard to find some old school customer service these days but it still exits with them. Lisa and Yudi have been a huge help during times I really needed it. I can't say it enough... you will not be disappointed.

Villanueva has been able to serve all the insurance needs for my Navy contracting company. The company is quite niche, and I was happy they could get Harbor and Longshore Workers Comp. coverage, as well as various other items, all at a very decent rate. Highly recommend!
