It's a great theater. I have been many times. Only complaint I have is sometimes the seats look like they could use some reupholstering. Also something they can't really do anything about is it only has one XD theater. Excellent staff and great concessions. They also have added a lot more to their menu. They will deliver to your seat. Just a great experience overall.

Numerous broken chairs. The seats in the back row have an obstructed view due to a wall. AC was not functioning on a day it was 105* with no signs posted inside or outside.

The theaters are kept clean, but women bathroom need attention each visit.

Always go there to watch movies and buy popcorn ?. Prefer buy tickets there than online to get some discount.
Preferably, last row seats for comfort and view are better. The food service is good too.

They accommodate people like me with a handicap but their food and drink prices are too high.
Update***The seats in the theater are worn down with the leather torn. With all the money that the Paragon Cinemark 12 make, why can' t they provide better seating or remodeled seating. We won't be back unless they make it better, because I felt like I was at a worn down theater compared to how it use to be.
Update****We tried going again and the seating was better and looked new, however the air conditioner was broke in the theater which made it a very uncomfortable especially. It was humid hot in 96° outside weather! My husband went and asked why it was so hot and they mentioned their air conditioner broke and they are waiting on a part to come in. I wish we would have known on their website before purchasing a ticket! I don't think we will be back.

I did NOT know that I could order from the restaurant ans they would deliver it to me IN the theater! That was an awesome perk! Loved it! And I loved my movie!

Paid 30.00 for 6 tiny wings and fries that had no taste and a drink. 30.00 is waaaaaayyyyyyy too high for 6 tiny wings and fries. Not alot of fries at that. My husband got this meal. I didn't even eat even though I was starving due to the fact if I did our bill would be toooooo high and I'm glad that I didn't even get anything. I would of been so mad if I got those little bit of fries and 6 tiny wings for 30.00

I purchased 3 tickets Wed., 6/19/24 to see Inside Out 2. When we entered the theater it was hot I thought it may have been because we just came in from outside on a 100 degree day. My daughter just had surgery and was burning up so I purchased her one of the last bottled drinks in the fridge. We couldn’t finish the movie and had to leave. I later discovered that the A/C was out in the theater which explained the temperature and hot beverage! Customers should have been notified prior to purchasing full-priced tickets since the staff was aware that the A/C wasn’t working. I’ve been calling everyday since to speak to a manager but no one is answering the phones! Terrible customer service, horrible experience and regrettably the worst $100 spent‼️
