Yes,I feel the need to share my experience with Mr. Transmission.Not only was the nice lady in the office incredibly Respectable and efficient. The mechanic staff was excellent extremely efficient. I showed up for my appointment and we were still waiting on parts.So I ran back home immediately.Got out of a call.The parts came in went right back . They took care of my truck with.
It's great cgreat care and efficiency. I was only waiting in the office for a short time. I noticed that they not only checked my truck on the fluid. Good, but checked it again before they released it to me which is extremely appreciated.. And?
I noticed the owner came out in was very involved.I can't say enough about these folks.
Matter of fact , The owner.
Took time to show me his World War 2 vehicles.Wow is all I have to say and I know they were very busy. And the owner took time to tell me about the transmission in my truck and explained that there was a defect, Well, I'm going back to get that taken care of and again.I can't say enough about these people.They are all awesome

Outstanding service, they rebuilt my transmission and rear end on my Cougar and I could not be happier! Quick and at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Mr. Transmission.

Absolutely the best place to take your vehicle !! My car went in for a few different reasons . I was involved in an accident and my car had went to another shop when I got my car back it was just off sounded horrible and I knew I needed someone to go over prior shops work. Mr transmission found issues that were not fixed and got them straight.. My car is completely fixed and I feel safe in it .. They are honest very sweet individuals and I will never take my car to another place

I recently took my Explorer here at the recommendation of my regular mechanic. The rear wheel bearings were both going bad and were fused to the knuckles. Since I told them there was no rush, they did whatever they could to save the knuckles, and were successful, saving me hundreds of dollars. Plus, in so doing, they discovered that one of the rear tie rods was in need of replacement, they were OK letting it go so I could do it myself, but left what looked like never-seen on the bolt making it easier for me to do the job.
If I have any future work that is beyond
what my regular mechanic and I can do, I am definitely coming here.

Staff is friendly, but they didn't screw the transmission cap on all the way.Edit: *transmission pan drain plug. Mistake was fixed after a call

Highly recommend, my Vehicle needed repair to the Transmission, would also recommend having repair coverage as these types of repairs can be pricey, Overall the Staff was respectful and responsive to my questions/concerns

Husband got his engine replaced here back in 2021. Finally finished paying it off In January 2022. Didn’t even last a month. He didn’t say nothing to them because we were pcsing months later and didn’t have time. Car still doesn’t work and something is wrong with the engine. He called weeks ago and they have yet to call back because someone was “sick”. Almost 5k down the drain.
