“I was devastated when when phone stopped charging. So, I got on my computer and asked Google how to fix my cell phone. Yelp popped up and gave me three options. I liked Cell Phone Zone best. I was able to chat with someone who told me how to find the store. This is the first time I have been somewhere without GPS. I was greeted right away and meet the person I chatted with on the computer. He tested my phone, told me what was wrong and fixed it within the hour he quoted. I am very thankful to have my phone charging again. I was able to pay for the service. The believe this is a reliable place for business and got extra business cards to past on to someone who needs help fixing their phone.”

“Let me start by saying I HATE Verizon. They have caused me so much stress throughout the years. But today I had an experience with Vanessa at this location, and despite her being a newer hire, she helped me (at the same time as other people) and handled every single issue I had with ease.Verizon hasn’t even had my name spelled correctly for years and she made sure that was fixed. I had issues on my account and she called corporate and told them to fix it. She was incredible. I live all the way in Norfolk but I refuse to go to any other location than this store. Second, he had on sunglasses which is very unusual inside a retail store. Third I will definitely tell everyone that I can to stay away from Metro PCs. And that unprofessional man.
