Towed my vehicle when we had a parking pass, the pass had slipped into the bottom corner of the dash. The admitted fault and returned for free but still gave me a hard time and I had to call off work.

This company does background checks for potential employees without consent. As well as during the interview process she was smoking and was very unprofessional. I know customers were treated badly but the interview was worse.

Very nice staff, everyone went above and beyond helping us coordinate w/insurance Co, getting all our things from vehicle, general information, etc. Highly recommend.
