Poor customer service. Tried their very best to sell me a phone I didn't ask for. The other Rep came in said what I was looking for was in......but when the rep who was waiting on me interject with a look and body attitude it was not in. Plus when I went to turn in the Internet modem with the jack it came with, opened the box checked out the modem before they informed me it was mine to keep because I paid for it.. I didn't think I had to check behind them after them. When I got home and decided to pack it more secure....opening the box the jack was GONE. They took the jack. I was furious ?. I will never go back to that store or recommend any one to visit that location. So frustrated I did not go back to get what I paid for, the jack that went with the modem.
DO NOT GO TO THAT LOCATION!!!!!

When I first entered the store I was greeted and welcomed for stopping inside. Everything was organized and very neat. Workers were very helpful, kind, and patience with me every step of my purchase. I will highly recommend anybody to this location. Keep up the great work you guys I appreciate it .

Everytime I come to this store, I leave happy because Adriana is a huge help. She's very knowledgeable and great at what she does. This company would benefit from more workers like her.

I couldn't find the Metro PCS location for J Clyde Morris in Newport News VA, so I will post my review here. Yesterday, my friend and I went to the Metro PCS store on J Clyde Morris Blvd in NN VA. The last time we were there my friend got excellent help at that store (that's why we returned to this location yesterday). This was a different employee yesterday who waited on him. I will admit, my friend was gruff at first because he gets tired of getting the run around, but for the rest of our visit, this employee acted like she didn't care about waiting on him, was short and uncaring in her answers, and was downright rude imo. My friend ended up spending app 560.00 in that store. Her behavior rubbed me the wrong way. I don't think we will return to that location again. I changed from Metro PCS last March to another co and I kinda wish he had too. I wish the entire thing had been videoed yesterday. If this is the kind of people you employ to represent and sell your product, I don't see you staying in business. Very disappointed!!!!!

I love metro The one on Aberdeen is my favorite. They have good customer service there! I have been a customer for years with them and I'm not ready to switch I'm gonna stay with metro!

A young lady by the name is Alecia she's the store manager. She is patient and her attitude is phenomenal. Clean store, great staff.
