The young lady at this location is extremely disrespectful! Her name is Cyana Wertz! Cyana refused to help me because she didn't know why my phone wouldn't boot up. Going to the Metro on Oyster point not knowing the two stores are affiliated she told the young man Tyler her boyfriend to refuse my service as well ?. Ending up going to 17 W Mercury Metro in Hampton and got outstanding customer support and service! Thank you Amber and Deided! and the young Man I spoke to on the phone!!!!

Carrie assisted me in buying a new phone. She gave me an awesome package. She took her time with me and explained everything. She is excellent with customer service and product knowledge. I almost went to T Mobile store but very I'm very happy with the service at this store. I've been a customer since 2016. Thanks for the great experience today, Carrie.
