Wow! What a terrible person and experience. For one thing the sales person was extremely rude and didn't lead me to any items. All he did was point and say there over there. Second, he had on sunglasses which is very unusual inside a retail store. Third I will definitely tell everyone that I can to stay away from Metro PCs. And that unprofessional man. I felt like I was hated and unwelcome.

Retail worker with sunglasses was rude and offensive. I was wondering what date I needed to cancel the phone by in order to not have to pay the second months payment. The store clerk called me a bum and told us to leave after just adding another line to the plan.

Barely got any service help from the 1 guy who was working... & They barely had any phones on display to look at... & the ones you could look at, wouldn't turn on so you could see what they could do. Not worth our time!!!

Whoever was in this store around 2pm on fathers day either wanted to scam me or just didnt know what she was doing. She told me that i could only get the $60 plan when i switch over plus $15 act. fee plus taxes. Then she told me it would be $90. Then she told me it would be $100 (for a free phone btw)! She said taxes was $25 which made no sense(im no dummy and have gotten metro before.) So I went to the store down Jefferson and paid $76 and was able to get whatever plan i wanted. Just be aware, i dont know her name. However, all my other visits with everybody else here were good.
