The lady at the desk was very nice and professional. I believe her name started with a V.The service was fast and very informative. It was a great experience. I will def b going back for all my phone needs.

The customer service here is absolutely amazing. Alondra and Vanessa went above and beyond for me. I was in there for a long time that they had to stay a while after the store closed to make sure they fixed the mess that Verizon caused. Thank y’all so much!!!

My mom needed a new phone. We went to Metro on J. Clyde Morris...Kat was great. She answered all of our questions and transferred all of her contacts, pictures, and even connected her gmail account from the previous phone. I would recommend Metro to anyone wishing to switch carriers.
