Because of the busy lives we live it can be hard for my family to get together and do things within certain time constraints. I walked into the store Tuesday and had to take pics and videos of suites I thought my son might like due to him not being able to go with me. The store was very organized and the staging of suit ensembles were executed so well my son picked out a suite
from the images right away. I brought the suit that day and took it home to him. Once he tried it on it fit but it was a little snug. The next day I had him to go with me and try the next size up. The owner pinned the suit to my sons size and made special arrangements for it to be altered. We picked it up the following evening and here is the finished product …”

“On Friday, I visited your store in Patrick Henry Mall, with my grandson. We were shopping for school clothes. Your sales associates went above and beyond while we were there. We were looking for cargo pants. The young lady that greeted us when we arrived was very helpful pointing out the selection. Told us about the amazing sale you had going on. We found the exact pants he was looking for (after searching through 7 previous stores). We almost didn't shop in your store but I told him to go see what they have. Unfortunately the pants were not long enough, as my boy is 6' 4". He was disappointed as the fit was perfect. While waiting for him near the fitting room several associates spoke to me and asked if I needed assistance or just carried on a conversation. I just wanted to commend your store and your wonderful associates for a job well done.!! Very refreshing to see those young people enjoying their jobs! It shows! “The workers at the Newport News/Patrick Henry Vans store are top notch! We walked into 3 different stores in the mall and did not get one greeting or acknowledgement from any of the workers. All of them were standing around talking amongst themselves and acted like we were bothering them when we needed help. The moment we walked into the Vans store the feel was completely different. The male manager has helped us numerous times in the past and is always extremely helpful and pleasant. They don’t hover, but they are there the moment you need assistance. I always enjoy talking to them. The store is clean, well laid out, and a place I WANT to spend my money versus the others.”
