She was truly fantastic as it was my first time in the store. I plan on going back, and I highly recommend the establishment.”

“We are always greeted with a warm welcome when entering the store. The staff is friendly and willing to help. The merchandise is of quality, sometimes overpriced, so I try to catch the sales! I love that by providing my phone number, I can easily access my rewards account and am able to utilize Hot Cash without having the physical coupons. This is a huge help for someone forgetful, spur of the moment, and constantly on the move. Whether online shopping or in the store with just my phone number, I am able to access all of my account benefits. Couldn't be any easier! The store is regularly reorganized, and new merchandise is available.”
“I went to return some petite clothes that didn’t fit. I found a good selection of petites in the store. I had stopped going there because of the lack of petite clothes. I hope they keep more petites as I will be a loyal customer again. Found several things when I did my return !!! Way to go Kohl’s !!!”

To name a few outstanding staff members,....Emya at the Mac counter, Kelsie in the jewelry dept, Paul can be found in various departments, Kathy in the home dept....they always provide excellent customer service. The only thing you need is a little patience due to staff shortage.”
“I always struggle to find boots because of having wide calves and wide feet but Nick went above and beyond and helped me find a pair and also had great knowledge on the fit of the boots ! They also mink oiled my new boots as well as my husband's boots that he bought elsewhere. My husband also bought a Stetson hat that they priced matched on ! We are very happy with our purchases overall and plan on returning.”
