I had no issues with this company at all the last company that I was trying to get my oxygen from was absolutely horrible. This company call me back quickly and explained everything to me told me when the tech was going to call which he did right on time came out the same day and set all of my oxygen up and explained everything thoroughly I would do business with them again

For one can't get ahold of anyone. Was supposed to get a water bottle put on my O2 machine yesterday, the 18th tech called once never heard from him again.

Can't get call backs.Sometime no answer. Things have got bad for a year or more making calling leaving messages for orders told will get back in 24 hr.But not sure what going on Will be looking for new place to get my CPAP supplies

My first order with them it took two times to get right and they were very slow to respond. Now the CPAP machine is making clicking noises that keep me awake. I called the Newport News office and no call back. They simply do not care. I do not see how they get a 5 rating .
