Customer service was ok, as soon as you enter you see a boarded door with a broken window. I took my old Dewalt 18v drill and a hammer drill. with 2- 18v batteries and a additional 2-20v new batteries, with case and 2 chargers in prime condition. he offered me $60.00. what a shame he is a rip off. A total drill set was $350 used, if you buy it on line. The place is disorganized, no order in the pawn shop. In the future if you need to pawn anything go some place else. It is not worth to go to that place at all.

Terrible business with no ethics. lied about taking my original macbook charger and switching it with a dirty charger that smells like weed and then tried to charge me $50 to review the store camera footage. stay away from this place.

I went and got a loan on my ps4 and they lost my system. They replaced it with a Japanese version and it's been 3 weeks with no solution. Not to mention the gave me a 500gb system when mine was a 1TB. Needless to say, I'll never shop there again!

They told me the price for 10k gold is $10 per gram when it's really $20 per gram then lied about of weight I had. You'll be better off selling your items on letgo etc...
