“I go to this location regularly,as a new reseller I'm learning the shipping thing so I ask a lot of questions and for plastic covers for my shipping slips. The lady's that work behind the counter are super helpful and even though today it was literally 6:02 they still gave 100 ? to the customer who dragged in. The gentleman I really don't feel comfortable asking for help much so I can't speak of him but I do see him with helping the team keep things running smoothly. So I just wanted to thank you all end under a full shift of lifting and talking smiling and even baring through . You all are awesome ???”

“Really want to thank manager Kera Tavares for her excellent service. On a Friday afternoon, I absolutely had to ship some legal documents via FedEx such that they arrived half way across the country Monday morning. Kera said I'd need to pay extra for Saturday pickup from her store (due to FedEx pricing). She was nice enough to recommend I go to to the regional FedEx shipping center on Friday afternoon vs. doing business with her store, as it would save me some serious cash. She even emailed me a link to the regional store so that I wouldn't choose the wrong location on google maps (since I'm not familiar with the area).
