Le Nails is a long-standing business with a loyal customer base. The staff offers good service, and the results of treatments, such as pedicures, are consistently nice. Individuals have reported satisfaction with their eyebrow and eyelash services. Mary does a great job, and a specific female tech did an amazing job on toenails for a basic spa pedicure. This is the only nail shop some customers go to and have been coming for years. There are a few different nail techs, and some are preferred due to the quality of work. They get customers out within a reasonable amount of time, no matter how involved the design is. They are also good at adding their little spin to stuff if wanted. However, some owners need to start refusing service. Some customers experience issues with individual lashes falling loose. If you don’t or can’t speak up for yourself, you will leave with something you did not want. If you can or will speak up for yourself, then you will be fine. The techs sometimes get an attitude, but they’ll fix whatever you are asking for.
