definitely make an appointment! i was in & out in 15 mins bc i had an appointment, while there were quite a few walk-ins still waiting. my technician was quick, and normally i've been told i'm a difficult stick but she got it on the first try!

I have been having a hard time getting correct orders and everything from my primary. So I was in and out about 5 different times. Each time they were very kind, welcoming and helpful to make the process as easy as possible. I appreciate them.
