They made the Furniture, buying experience, very enjoyable. I just bought a house and needed it to have some nice quality furniture. I tried several stores first and nothing compared to Lazyboy. They are the way to go 100% and the customer service is out of this world!!

Went in for the Labor Day sale of recliners. Just like a car dealership, you get lured in with sale prices, but only limited stock and base models were available, unless of course you wanted upgrades, which upped the prices. Nice and helpful staff, I just didn't want to pay 2k when I came in for a sale item which was much less.

My wife brought a $1200 recliner and it is a pile trash. It squeaks and the recliner mechanism sound like gears striping and is very loud.
