First time being in the store was very neat and presentable. Only downfall was when I got to the cash register the employee that was working the registered took 5 minutes before even acknowledging me to check me out.

The stock is dirty and cluttered. Sephora staff is not friendly or helpful. The carpet should be vacuumed at night, not during daytime hours.

Expensive, prices are way too expensive for things that are much cheaper elsewhere, clearance aisle has been getting slowly down sized, well maintained store, dressing rooms suck and are not tall enough, but good employees

This is a rating for Kirsty, the manager. I have had encounters with her twice, and she is very chill and helpful. She seems to be very unbothered by the ups and downs of retail and customer service. She’s a keeper!
