Very unseasoned chicken. No flavor at all. Not worth the money. Chicken isn't marinated and is overcooked in old grease. The only consistency is the poor quality of food.

Service was terrible. After placing order and taking our money, got part of order and told pot pie would be 20 mins. Ask for refund for pot pie and they don't give refunds. Waited a total of 45 mins before getting pot pie. Didn't trust they Service at all....so wasted $20 on that visit. Will never go back. Reported to

It's always a good little trip to KFC/Taco Bell. The employees are also a highlight of the trip, being kind and quick too.

Went to the KFC that I usually go to ordered my food, Get to work open the box, and my chicken is overcooked. Call to speak to the manager the guy told me he was the manager explain to him and his response was I would like to see that because I cook the chicken and I told him that I took and I could bring the chicken back up after I get off from work, the gentleman was very rude and how he Supposed to have handled the situation and hung up the phone on me ! So I called Corporate and let them know how things were handled. Could’ve been a very easy fix. You don’t be rude to people that patronize your business often will never go there again !

Went there about 7 o'clock on a Thursday night to pick up my mobile order when I got home about 10 mins away. I noticed that the french fries were stale and over cooked the potatoes in the chessy Fiesta potato bowl was hard and stale, and the chicken was dry as can be and the tenders I ordered where small amd looked more like nuggets and slightly over cooked and dry i don't know if this is a normal thing that happens here but I don't think I'll be back here anytime soon.

Ordered at 9 pm. Drive thru guy was rude and when I asked what chicken was available he didn't even know. Spent 3 minutes waiting for him to figure it out. He told me wings and 1 thigh. Ordered all of it. Was rude when I ordered a side of fries. Like really?! I ordered an 8 piece for a group and you offer me 4 wings and 1 thigh and act like it's ridiculous I order a side of fries?! Well I get home to find 4 wings.... No thigh and a half full fry. Just moved to the area and the neighbors said after 6 don't expect good service or food available but schooners. Sad to see they're right. Hey but they sure took my money tho.... Trash.

The one star is for its over priced chicken and the big reason, "Stopped the Military Discount program". For no reason except greediness. No more KFC for my family or friends at this location. I encourage all Military to avoid this location.
