Did a decent job on my clothes, not sure ill be using them again, prices are on a the high side, charged an extra dollar bcuz I didn't have cash like really, so expect high prices and make sure you have cash,. Will definitely not be using your services again, you are a very rude person....

Didn’t have my stuff back when promised, for a funeral. We had a 10 minute discussion of when I needed them and when I would pick them up. My suits weren’t even there! No apology, no discount, still charged me an extra fee for using a credit card without even saying anything about it. Will NEVER be back! Rude from start to finish! Argued the entire time, even admitting she remembers the conversation we had. Terrible, terrible business!

They double charge your card and refuse to give you your money back. Bad service and they blame the machine. Customer service was unreasonable. It was multiple people in the business with the same problem as well and we all were confused as to why they were not trying to refund the double charges.

My son was giving a speech at Hampton University and he needed a pair slacks hemmed and the waist taken in a bit. We will refer to this taylor/cleaner by the store and we are very pleased.

I was referred to them for alterations after a bought a suit. And to say the least i walked in and was immediately satisfied with how i was greeted. She was so very accommodating and professional all the way. She took the measurements and it was ready not even 24 hrs later. I will definitely be back for more tailoring and alterations and more. Thank you, i highly recommend!!!

The service is terrible and if I could give it a half a star I would. They charged over $80 for 5 pieces of clothing to be pressed. He uses COViD as an excuse for his prices. A TOTAL RIP-OFF!!! He's not the best and should be shut down!! . Overcharging people in the community.
