I was looking for pillow inserts for couch pillows that I’ve had for almost 5 yrs. After shopping around, the big box stores (Target, Walmart, Michael’s, etc.) didn’t have the items, quantity’s, and sizes I needed. I found Joann’s in Newport News and I was able to order exactly the items and quantity I needed! The curbside pickup was efficient and the inserts are perfect fit for my pillow covers.

I've visited this location multiple times before, but during my last visit, Jane was at the front desk. Unfortunately, she had a very negative attitude and made things difficult for me, despite my efforts to be kind and respectful. On the bright side, the other ladies were incredibly friendly and pleasant. However, Jane's behavior had such a negative impact on my experience that I've decided to shop elsewhere from now on.

They are located where the address says they are, the people that work at the store was unable to tell me the address. When I was told where it was located.. it was still the wrong place! It took me talking to 3 people to get to the proper location of a store. And when I got there, the merchandise was over priced..

I came in here on a Saturday night and found a fabric on clearance. The store was clean but I only saw two employees, Ashley and Megan. They were slammed, but running both the register and cutting counter seamlessly. They didn't let their stress show and both were polite and professional. Please hire more help so you don't burn out the good ones!

Best drive up service ever! With the app they track your progress, (a little scary, but I doubt they are the only ones doing it) and know when you arrive.

I had a great experience. I was looking for a specific fabric that I used for Christmas, I think the clerk's name was Gabriel and she looked online for me and went to look for the fabric she was very helpful
