She and her team went above and beyond to assist me. Amy was at her side to help us make the purchase process smoother very smooth. Then there was a relay with other members of the team to get my request for the charm I chose attached to the bracelet. This is when a true hero, Eddie preformed the magic of creating a one of a kind piece of jewelry for my daughter’s birthday. Best experience ever. Thanks to the extraordinary team at Jared’s.”

“Once you have a relationship with a great jewelry associate you would prefer to go wherever they are. I love Kat and Jevon so much that I had to drive all the way to Patrick Henry Mall just so I could make my purchase from their store. Jevon helped me pick out a couple of gifts for Christmas but made sure that I was getting the best bargain possible and taking advantage of that no interest for 6 months on a purchase over $300. “Best beauty experience I've had in a long time, and I work in the industry. All of the staff and owners are so nice, and always willing to help.
There are two main ladies that I usually see, and they always help with wigs in the back of the store. They're well versed in their selection, and are always willing to check on new styles or colors.
My grandmother actually recommended this place after she had chemo years ago, and would get her scarves and some hair care here.
They recently added a points-based rewards program, which is nice as a frequenter. Store seems small, but selection is great! They're always willing to help whenever you need, whether looking for something or with questions.
Every time I've been in here they're always so nice, and treat everyone so well. No negative experiences like being followed, or being made to feel like you're taking too long in the store.

“I came to Hilton Village Goldsmith with no hopes that my bracelet could be fixed (I was told by another jeweler that it was not repairable) but Village Goldsmith came highly recommended by a mutual friend. He fixed it in under a min. He was the kindest person on top of that. I will be going to Hilton Village Goldsmith for all my future purchases and cannot recommend them enough.”

Nick who's a jack of all trades does quite a bit with computers. He was willing to work with me on my birthday and he took a little bit off of a Toshiba laptop that I still have to this day. Best is an ideal place for that one of a kind gift item; this is particularly the case when it comes to musical instruments. So when you can't find it on eBay or craigslist, you might try checking out Best.”
“So last week right before Black Friday, I went into Reed's to get a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. I dragged him along after we received mail about their sale. We spoke with all the associates there and they were very helpful and knowledgeable about their programs and available stock.
