Today I walked into Jared’s to buy a charm bracelet for my daughter. I was met at the door by general manager Melissa Hayden, what a gem. She put me right at ease. She and her team went above and beyond to assist me. Amy was at her side to help us make the purchase process smoother very smooth. Then there was a relay with other members of the team to get my request for the charm I chose attached to the bracelet. This is when a true hero, Eddie preformed the magic of creating a one of a kind piece of jewelry for my daughter’s birthday. Best experience ever. Thanks to the extraordinary team at Jared’s.

I had the best experience here! I purchased an engagement ring and this was my first jeweler experience. I am a young adult so I had many questions. The staff never made me feel embarrassed or incompetent due to my questions. I appreciate the respect and kindness they had! I would 100% go back!

I purchased a set of gorgeous diamond earrings from Seikou at Jared. I had a very unique situation that he, another jewelry specialist and the manager were able to solve for me on a piece that was 12 years old. This allowed me to be able to trade that piece in for my new diamond earrings with no problems. I am so grateful to Seikou and everyone else who was involved in making this trade happen. I LOVE my new diamond earrings!! I Highly recommend Seikou and this entire staff! Thank you again.

Can't stop raving about our custom engagement ring experience! Our team consisted of associate Jen, and jewelery designer Shajnea. Both were an absolute joy: courteous, caring, responsive, reassuring, and professional. We were very picky about the ring details, and nobody batted an eye. In fact, the whole staff were buzzing with excitement over our piece. It's clear that the staff at Newport News Jared value their customers. The ring is perfect and our time working with Jen and Shajnea made it that much more special.
