I haven't actually been here yet, but my good friend Sue works here. She has a ton of experience and everyone loves her!Ok, so Sue cut my hair on Thursday. I had long layers and wanted short layers so the top is short without losing my long length. She did an amazing job! I love it! Thank you so much Sue. I will definitely be back! We back to see Sue for a trim. She is fantastic! I love the way she cuts my layers.

Sue is awesome! We had a great time chit chatting. Next thing I know, the show was over and it ended in a beautiful haircut. I have long curly hair, and she was super professional with her approach to suggesting layering. My hair looks great and I ended it with an eyebrow wax which was perfect. I got my hair colored back to blonde and this lady cut it and she said she was going to “remove” all dead ends but chopped off more than just the dead ends and still left dead ends in the front. not worth what i paid for. totally dissatisfied and disappointed. wouldn’t recommend it. i paid what i had to pay and even left a $10 tip. not expecting to have a 60 year old haircut at 17. Totally not worth the money or time.

I have been going here for quite some time; I was a local, in Newport News, then moved out of state. Once returning to VA I moved to Richmond. After trying several stylists in the Richmond area, I called Lisa, my (previous) stylist at Jagged Edge, and booked my appointment. The drive to get here is so worth it!! Lisa does a amazing job on my hair, cut & color, and when I leave, I always feel like I look good!! Don't think I've ever left with hair that I haven't liked! Reasonable prices & great service!!! See you soon!!
