Nikki is awesome however I will now be doing my taxes myself from here on out thanks to Alex or whatever his name is because he never even introduced himself. What should have been a 15-20 minute appointment for a “review and sign” turned into 2 hours because of his lack of training. He finally got someone on the phone to help him after I tried to walk him through what to do. He was clearly unfamiliar with doing a “review and sign” , and honestly just seemed to lack any type of time management. I will not come back unless it’s a appointment with Nikki because he proved why I just like to do my own taxes.

This was my first time going to Jackson. My money still haven't gotten to my card yet and I know people who did their taxes way after I did and they've gotten theirs. Next year I'm going back to H&R BLOCK!

Very rude and nit helpful after you file your taxes. Do not go there find a cheaper way, not worth the money and they do not explain the advance very well. Waited for my state taxes and it was taken, no one said that. All they say is that your taxes will repay the loan but did not clarify and had a attitude when I called to ask a question.
