I thought they are supposed to shop around for the best insurance rates. I watched as my premiums went up every six months. I finally shopped my own insurance and got a way better deal. When I called HP to tell them, the agent told me she didn’t know I wanted them to find me a better rate. Isn’t that what they claim to do? Goodbye, HP
