Love the store, but no longer have the big bags of coffee beans. Come on, who doesn't like coffee. Unless I just got there after a rush on coffee. Did find a large bag in the clearance area in the Newport News store. Checked the Williamsburg store, and they didn't have it.

HomeGoods has a horrible return policy. They refused to refund me for a purchase without the card the item was used for the purchase. I had my receipt and it was within 30 days of original purchase. They can’t use the receipt transaction info to refund to another card, and refused to refund in cash. They would refund to a store card which I didn’t want - basically forces you to purchase from them again. Not interested!! Contrast this with the Nike store. Returned an item and the clerk asked me how I wanted my refund - no card needed. My option - same card, different card or store credit? Nike never asked me to produce the card I used for purchasing Amazing, If Nike can do it, then HomeGoods should too. Dissatisfied customer!
